I work with founders and leadership teams on what comes next.

Growth, new ventures, reinvention, new chapters.

My professional life has been shaped by a simple question: how do we move from where we are to what comes next.

Sometimes that’s after the current model has delivered all that it can. Other times it’s at the very beginning, when a company has to decide what to build and where to focus.

Across both, the challenge is the same: turning ambition into something that works within real organizational, market, and financial constraints.

I’ve seen this play out in all sorts of settings and from different vantage points: in a large healthcare system trying to untangle years of digital complexity, to mega developments pursuing investor confidence long before breaking ground. And from inside investment platforms shaping new theses around emerging technologies, and sovereign-backed organizations working to turn long-neglected, high-profile hospitality assets into functioning, revenue-generating operations.

Today & Tomorrow

Much of this work now takes shape through fmr, a venture studio I co-founded to build companies with experienced operators who are ready for their second act. It is a natural extension of my career and focuses squarely on building, not advising from the sidelines.

Beyond that, I stay closely involved with owners, leadership teams, asset managers, and investors who are navigating pivotal moments. These are not always formal engagements or neatly defined projects.

In practice, that can mean helping teams make sense of complex strategic choices, working through international expansion across the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia, or getting involved in early efforts where ideas still need shaping. And sometimes it is as simple as reaching out to a local business or growing company when curiosity strikes, and an opportunity feels worth exploring.

I also spend time in classrooms, founder forums, and executive settings, speaking with students and operators about company building, strategy, and decision-making under uncertainty.

Beyond Venture Building:

  • International expansion and cross-market growth
Supporting organizations expanding between the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on market selection, positioning, and early execution.

  • Growth strategy
Working with businesses that have optimized what they already do and are looking for new revenue drivers, new offerings, or different ways to grow

  • Platform and asset reinvention
Supporting the reinvention of mature or underperforming platforms and assets

  • Advisory and board-level roles
Serving as an advisor or board member where operating judgment, cross-market experience, and growth or reinvention context are relevant

  • Speaking, teaching, and facilitating conversations
Speaking and teaching on brand, leadership, second-act careers, entrepreneurship, and working across cultures and geographies, in academic, executive, and founder-focused settings
